God Is Our Creator

God made me. God made all the people in the world. God is our Heavenly Father. We are all God’s children. We are like one big family with God for our Father. We love one another. God loves us all. We love God above all things.

Children, you love your father and mother and your brothers and sisters. Who gave you your father and mother? Who taught your father and mother to love you so much? Who gave you to your father and mother ? Where do all the people in the world come from ?

Who is our Heavenly Father? How many people belong to God’s family ? Why are we all like brothers and sisters ? How does God want us to act to one another? What does it show when you are kind to one another ? How many people do you think God wants to be happy ? Why do you always try to make others happy ? Why do you always keep from hurting others’ feelings?

What kind of words do you like to use to others ? Why do you keep from disturbing others? What do you do when others are studying or reading? Why do you like to keep quiet then ? Why do you keep from pushing others when you are going together? Why do you wish to be kind to them?

Why are you always respectful to grown people? What would you do if you saw a poor blind man trying to cross the street? Why do you always say “thank you” when some one gives you some-thing? What do you say if some one helps you? When do you thank God for all that He does for you? What do you do if somebody is unkind to you? Who teaches you to forgive others?

What can you do for sick people? What would you do if you saw somebody get hurt? Why would you try to help him? Who belong to God’s family? Why do you love all the people in the world? How can you help all people? What will God do when you pray for them? What can you do for bad people? What will God do when you pray for them? Who will help them be sorry for their sins?

How can you show that you love all the people ? Why do you like to do good to others? How do your father and mother show that they love you? How does God show that He loves you? What can you do for poor people?

What would you do if you found poor people who had nothing to eat? What would you like to do if you saw some poor children who had no warm clothes in the winter? What would you do if they were too poor to buy shoes? What would you like to do if somebody was sick and had no money to buy medicine? What would you like to do if you saw a poor man in the winter who had no place to go ?

How can you show that you love others? Why do you like to be cheerful at home? Why do you say “good morning” when you get up? Why do you forgive those who are unkind to you? How many people belong to God ? What would you do if somebody struck you? Why would you forgive him? Why would you forgive anybody that did you harm? Why do you love everybody?

Who gave you life? Who takes care of all the people in the world? Who gave you your eyes? Why did God give you eyes? What wonderful things can you see with your eyes? Why did God make so many beautiful things? What do you think when you look at the beautiful flowers ? How does it make you feel to see the beautiful sunrise or sunset? Why did God make the moonlight so beautiful? Why did God make so many beautiful stars?

Who gave you your ears? Where does music come from? What kind of music do you like — piano — violin — organ — mandolin ? Who put these beautiful sounds there? Why did God make these beautiful sounds? Why does God wish to make us happy?

Why do you like to hear fine singing? Where do those beautiful sounds come from? Who made our voice so wonderful ? What other sounds come from our voice? Who gave us a voice so that we could talk? What does God want us to use our voice for? What can we say to people that are sad? When do you talk to God?

Why do you kneel and fold your hands when you pray? Where is God’s house? Why do you genuflect when you enter the church? Whom do you adore when you genuflect?

Why do we breathe all the time? Why does our heart beat all the time? Who made our heart so wonderful? Why do we have to eat? Where do we get things to eat? Who makes things grow out of the ground? Who gave us strength to work? How does God want us to do our work? When does work make people happy? Why do you think God gives us so many things to make us happy? How did God make all things? How could God make them out of nothing? To make something out of nothing means to create.

Where can we read about how God made all things? Who wrote the Bible? How did God write the Bible? In what part of the Bible can we read about how God made the first man and woman? You can read this in the Book of Genesis. This is the first part of the Bible. You know some parts of the Bible are called books.

Do you know how God made Adam’s body? How did God make Adam’s soul? How did God make Eve’s body? How did God make Eve’s soul? In what part of the Bible can you read how God made Adam and Eve ? Who gave us our soul? How long will our soul live? What is the soul called? What other spirits do you know ? What spirits are in heaven? Who is the greatest spirit? How much does God know? Who made us so that we can think ? How many things can you think about? How can you let others know what you are thinking about? .Why cannot animals think? Who knows all that you are thinking about? What kind of things does God want you to think about? What does God want you to think about others? Why do you always try to think good things about others?

What can you do with your mind? Where is your mind? Who put your mind in your soul? How long will you have your mind after your body dies? Why will you be able to think and know things after your body dies ? Who gave you your will? What can you do with your will? How do you choose good things? Who made you free to choose good things ? Why can you wish things when your body is dead? In what part of you is your will? Who put free will in your soul? How long will you have free will after your body dies?

Whom do you worship when you go to church ? Why do you genuflect in the church? Why do you think God wants all the people in the world to worship Him? How do we show that we love God? Before our Lord came, people used to build altars and burn sheep and cattle on them. That is the way they worshiped God. These burnt sheep and cattle were called sacrifices. They were offered to God. They used to offer fruit to God, too. You can read about this in the Book of Genesis. We show that we love God when we worship Him. Do you know about Cain and Abel? They were two sons of Adam and Eve. You can read in the Book of Genesis how they offered sacrifices to God.

Why did people long ago burn sheep and cattle on altars? What were these burnt sheep and cattle called? What else did they offer to God in those times ? Where can you read about Cain and Abel? What did Cain and Abel offer to God? Why did they offer sacrifices to God? What sacrifice does the priest offer to God in the Catholic Church? What does he offer to God in the Mass?

How can you remember things ? Who gave you your memory? Where is your memory located? Who put your memory in your soul? How long will you have memory after your body dies? How will you remember the people you knew?

To whom is our soul like ? Why is our soul like God ? Why is our soul like the angels ? What are the angels called? What is our soul called? Who can see our soul? What does God know about our. soul? What does God know about our thoughts? What does God know about our wishes ? When is God pleased with our thoughts ? When is God pleased with our wishes? Why do you always wish good for others? Why do you speak kindly to all people? Why do you say ” good morning” or “good evening” or ” how do you do”?

What can you do for people that are dead?

Why do you pray for people that are dead? What does the priest do for dead people? Why does the priest bless the graves when people are buried? What makes the grave a holy place?

How does God want us all to live together? When do you thank others ? When do you thank God? For what do you thank God? Why did God do all these things for us? Why do your parents do so many things for you? How do you show that you love others? Why do you like to make others happy? What can you do for bad people? What do you ask God to do for them? Why do you want God to make them good? Who makes you good? What do you ask God every day to do for you?

How do you feel towards God when you think of all that He has done for us? What part of us is made to God’s likeness? What spirits do you know? How long will our soul live?

For review induce the children to talk about the matters just discussed. Ask as few questions as possible. Suggest the topics to them in the fewest possible words. Try to lead them to find not only the solution but also the problem.
